The worst part is my mouth was on fire and I was desperately looking around for a refill but again, I couldn't find my waitress or anyone to refill my drink. I asked if it's supposed to be like that and they said no which confirmed my suspicion. It's like the cook accidentally dropped the whole bottle of red pepper flakes. I ended up ordered the shrimp linguine in vodka sauce, it came out relatively quickly but I ended up having to send it back because it was way too spicy. After she took my drink order and I asked for just a little bit more time to look over the menu she disappeared for about 20 minutes which was very aggravating. I didn't get a video game controller until about 25 minutes after I sat down which kinda sucked and defeated the entire purpose. I had to get up twice to try and find my waitress but she was never around and when I did find her she seemed like she'd rather not be working (I get it, but at least try to look the part, I used to work in the service industry, trust me it will help you not to get a 12% tip). I'm not sure if it's because I came on a Tuesday night and they were having trivia games, but my waitress seemed to only have two other small tables yet she basically completely ignored me and I had to go see the hostess at the front who ended up taking my order. First time trying this place and it looked pretty cool, but there were some issues.

TLDR: Great atmosphere, somewhat overpriced food and subpar service.Where do I begin.
